Patriotic Toes

Every year before the fourth my incredibly talented sister-in-law, Sage, paints everyone's toenails. It's always a lot of fun, this year she did 7 sets of toes! We love you Sage!

Here is a close-up of my toes, aren't they cute?

Gas Thieves No More!

One day last week Andy woke up to an empty gas tank in his jeep when he had just filled up the night before! So that inspired our Saturday project!

Why My Hair is Never Done!

Every day when I try to get ready Caleb is usually sad so I sit him up on the counter so I can get ready. Of course he is always playing with my makeup and other stuff so it makes is hard to comb my hair and get ready! Oh well, the joys of being a mom!
ooop, looks like I need a refill!

Elephant Poo!

Yesterday we took our first trip to the zoo. The first animals we saw were the elephants. While we were enjoying them one of the elephants decided it was time to relieve himself. Well I guess we made a big deal out of it because the whole drive home Austin kept saying, "At the zoo, the elephant pooped." That's all he remembered about his trip to the zoo!

First Gumball

I know it's horrible that my son is three years old and has never had a gumball! But I HATE messy and sticky kids. Unfortunately now Austin is the exact same! Here he is crying because his hands are sticky! What have I done?
I never even fed Austin graham crackers when he was little! Needless to say, I have mellowed out a bit, here's Caleb enjoying yummy graham crackers.

Parade!

Last Saturday we walked in the Orem Summerfest Parade. My father-in-law, Steve Baugh, is running for the House of Representatives, District 58, so his kids and grandkids got to walk in the parade to support his campaign. It was a lot of fun wearing T-shirts, holding banners and cheering for our dad and grandpa! Austin loved it!

Wheeler Farm

Last Friday was kids day at Wheeler Farm. So my sisters, Jill and Sarah, came down and we enjoyed a day of feeding ducks...

looking at animals...

and much more!

It was a really fun day, and a great time spent with cousins!

Just Like Daddy

Andy loves playing games on his computer and playing with his iphone, he's already talking about upgrading (courtesy of work). Well Austins two favorite things happen to be playing his Arthur game on the computer (thanks to Wendy's) and playing with Daddy's iphone or "telehello" as he would say. He can unlock the phone and play games or proceed onto itunes where he selects songs to listen to. He even used to go onto utube until Andy took that off the phone (we decided he's a little young for some of the crazy videos)! As soon as Daddy wakes up or comes home from work, Austin asks to play with his phone, Austin is just like his Daddy, what am I to do?

Cabela's

Today we were supposed to go to Thanksgiving Point with all the cousins but it was cold and rainy, on June 5, it was freezing, WHERE'S SUMMER? So we all ended up at Cabela's, where the animals are dead, but what do kids care right?

It turned out to be a lot of fun, and a great way to spend a cold june day indoors!

Some things that happened to the Baughs in May

May has been a crazy month for us. First I am still adjusting from our move (Pleasant Grove to West Jordan) so I drive down to Orem/Pleasant Grove about once a week to visit family. And that takes a lot of time and gas!

(West Jordan)

Also Caleb had a minor outpatient surgery this month and he also got a Helmet for his head because of "positional molding", where he favored one side of his head when he slept which caused the other side to become flat! He has to wear it 23 hrs a day for at least three months. I always feel so bad for him but he really doesn't seem to mind it!

Then for Memorial Day we went up to the Baugh Family cabin for some fun time outside! It was a lot of fun, except we had to hang inside because of all the snow!!

First Blog!

Hello everyone! After months of reading so many cute blogs, I finally decided it was time to start my own. Here are my boys: Austin is three, he loves his cousins, his brother and LOVES Thomas the train or "blue choo choo". Caleb is ten months and (no joke) the happiest baby ever! He smiles at everyone and he always brightens my day! And he LOVES Austin, they have a lot of fun together!
